The most important thing you should do is to take a break from AI. This does not necessarilly mean not using AI at all, but atleast periodically spending some time writing code the old fasion way, by thinking through what you want to do and typing it out on your own. Your brain is a muscle, and like your other muscles you need to excercise it or it will get weaker. If you don't use it you lose it.

Beyond that, think about how you can use AI less. Rather than prompting claude to write the entirety of your code for you, you can use it like we used to use google and stack overflow. Write the code yourself and when you have a specific question ask about it and type it into your code base yourself. For example, if you don't remember how to do a css media query, look up the syntax and add it manually to your css file.
